Baltimore City’s economy.

 

These industry sectors create jobs for Baltimore

residents, provide millions of dollars in tax

revenue, contribute significantly in the funding

of city projects and are vested in the well-being of

the city.

 

Growing Baltimore for all its residents is the #1

issue that matters in 2020 and beyond.

 

Our city is not in crisis, and we shouldn’t allow a fear 

mongering media to allow us to continue to present

WHO IS DAVID ANTHONY WIGGINS

I am a husband, a father, grandfather, a Baltimore native, a business owner, a member of the clergy, a builder of Baltimore.

I am the Ranking Member, 2nd Councilmanic District, Baltimore City Republican Central Committee.

I have waged public campaigns against police brutality and corruption at City Hall and Annapolis.

I was instrumental in bringing the Department of Justice to Baltimore City to investigate the unlawful policies, patterns and practices of the Baltimore Police.

I participated in the 2016 Department of Justice Investigation of the Baltimore Police which led to the Consent Decree and the investigation and indictment of key members of the Gun Trace Task Force.

I am not a friend of the yellow journalistic media.

I have been recognized for several years as an advocate for Civil Rights in Baltimore by Bill  Hughes, a local attorney, author, actor and photographer and former Assistant to William Donald Schaefer.

 

You may not know me, but those in positions of power and authority have had to change public policy because of the work of the Baltimore Black Think Tank, Inc., The News Network & Analysis Project with Host David L. Johnson Sr, and Daren Muhammad’s State of the City radio broadcast.

Every individual who is an elected official picutred in the two posters to the right are

familiar with David Anthony Wiggins and my advocacy against CORRUPTION in

Baltimore  City and though you may not see my face in the media, I have effected public

 policy in a way that has exposed the corruption of our current cadre of elected officials
